I’m very pleased that you acknowledged the complete and utter lack of Snape in the film, despite the fact that he’s imperative to the plot. I’m not sure there’s a thing as too much Snape, though. I’m hoping this will exchange in the next film.

Had I been the average film-goer, or had I not read the books…The Harry-Ginny relationship would have come off as extremely odd. The previous films hardly showed any interaction linking the two; and they are to be married, after all…
I was hoping for a very POW! ending, but it nearly seemed as if the film makers wanted to end on a more saddening and serious note (so as not to distract from Dumbledore’s “death”?) I certainly hope they can bring in more emotion and action in time for Hallows.
Yes, yes…But until J. K. Rowling’s huge “confession”, it seemed like the films never caught on to such details. It really IS fantastic that the film makers are more willing to pay attention to details now that Harry’s coming to a close v.v It just came as a bit of a shock, to be honest. x3
I was also iffy on the played-out romances…But I suppose they had no other choice.
Everything that represented Dumbledore’s “gayness” really did happen in the book with the magazine and other stuff. Excellent film but forcing the show to be a romance was doubtless its largest downfall since it should have focused more on preparing to fight Voldemort. First Harry Potter film I went to everywhere people left and fell sleeping. The finale was downplayed way too much. I do have to say that your review is doubtless the most captivating that I have seen so far. You should be an actress.

Not only did it show the ‘ever-well loved’ preview for the anticipated “Everywhere the Wild Things Are” (and other children’s films such as “Despicable Me”), but also had a preview for the Sherlock Holmes show; to be released on Christmas. Can’t wait ;D L-O-V-E Robert Downey Jr…And who can resist Holmes?
